Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds.

Process:
To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a Company error or a defective product.

Third-Party Products:
If you purchased a product from a third-party vendor, please refer to their refund policy. The Company is not responsible for refunds on products purchased through third-party sellers.

Minors:
Refund requests for purchases made by minors must be submitted by a parent or guardian. The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds for purchases made by minors without parental consent.
